Mon 26th Jun, 2017 - Tue 27th Jun, 2017Novotel London West, Hammersmith International Ctre, 1 Shortlands, Hammersmith, London W6 8DR
9:30am - 4:30pm
Sponsored by NCFE for the first time, this year’s conference will take place less than two months after the start of the Apprenticeship levy and shortly after the recently announced General Election.
Delegates will hear from the government, employers and providers how the reforms are bedding in, in respect of both funding and standards. Apprenticeships will be the hot topic but the scale of reform throughout the employment and skills sector is so large that other important issues will be debated too. Growing Traineeships will be one while maximising the education and employment opportunities from the prison reform white paper will be another. The Work and Health Programme will also be up for discussion and we may ascertain how far English devolution is moving ahead.
There will be a top line-up of plenary speakers and an excellent range of workshop presentations. The popular exhibitor space is always sold out where you can find the latest supporting technologies and other services which help make your organisation and programme delivery more efficient.
Full AELP members receive one complimentary place for both days and with two days of networking and an entertaining gala dinner, attendance at the AELP National Conference offers great value to AELP members and other stakeholders.
