The aim of this webinar is to provide an insight into what to consider when building and resourcing a high quality apprenticeship service with a focus on the cost of delivery. Apprenticeships are changing and that includes the delivery teams. Who will fill the new roles and how much will they cost? These are key questions that providers must answer. Current models of staff costing are based on pre-determined funding. This will change. This webinar will discuss these issues and will look at costing models and what influences them. Getting this right is vital for providers’ cash flow, margins and to enable you to continue to provide high quality apprenticeships.
