To empower practitioners and continue developing the sector’s workforce, we have a wide offer of programmes and initiatives – some involving individuals or single departments to those leading whole institutions such as Principals and Chief Executives.
For leaders, the ETF has a wide range of programmes including a Leadership Programme delivered by Saïd Business School at Oxford University, a Chief Finance Officer programme delivered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales and other programmes including for middle-managers and governors.
For practitioners, the charity runs a substantial CPD workforce development programme in key subject areas. These include maths & English, digital skills, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Prevent.
