Charlotte is Executive Director of Corporate Services, leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals across Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Procurement and Commissioning, and Data, Digital and IT services. Collectively they aim to support and enable the work of ETF and to deliver the highest quality advice and business partnering to customers and staff.
An experienced finance professional and leader, she has worked across the health, education and family sectors at Director level for over 10 years. Her career has focused on the not-for-profit sector and government. She was previously Director of Finance and Resources at the DfE backed What Works Centre: The Early Intervention Foundation.
