This module focuses on the underpinning literacy and numeracy skills needed by ground operations employees in the aviation industry, including: understanding roles and responsibilities at work, working as part of a team, communicating with both customers and other staff, accessing information in manuals, following procedures and instructions, reporting accidents and incidents, checking codes, weighing luggage and calculating excess baggage.
