Series of process flowcharts from HMP Garth:
• to help instructors breakdown work that takes place in the workshops/ work areas, so that they could articulate to prisoners and education staff what skills were required;
• to help maths and English teachers work with instructors to identify where targets could be embedded in work activities
• to enable maths/ English teachers to contextualise learning up in education/ in the learning pods, so that they could show learners how maths and English could be applied to working practices.
