The workshop will include opportunities to hear from people directly involved in the trailblazer process and to discuss the transition with colleagues from other providers.

Delegates will be required to:

  1. Prepare for the workshop with pre-reading and some limited data gathering
  2. Following the workshop, produce an action plan for change and transition within their organisation
  3. Participate in a follow-up phone call with one of the workshop facilitators three weeks after the workshop, to discuss the action plan
  4. Attend a practice sharing web seminar eight weeks after the workshop
Who should attend?
Individuals who are accountable for engaging with employers and/ or Apprenticeship curriculum development. This is likely to include Directors, Heads of Apprenticeship/ Work-based learning.

The workshop may not be appropriate for trainers and assessors as it will require an understanding of the organisation’s strategic plans for Apprenticeships.
