The Department for Education is encouraging apprenticeship providers to get involved in the second phase of its ‘Fire It Up’ campaign. The campaign, which first launched in January 2019, seeks to promote apprenticeships, highlighting inspirational stories from businesses and individuals involved in them.
Providers are being invited to share case studies of their own apprentices and apprenticeship programmes across their own channels and on social media using the @FireItUp handle and #FireItUp hashtag. They are also being encouraged to post apprenticeship vacancies on the find an apprentice service website. Instructions for how training providers can upload vacancies are available at: www.gov.uk/recruit-apprentice.
