Colleagues working for provider organisations who are involved in Teacher Regional Improvement Projects (TRIPs) as part of the ETF’s T Level Professional Development (TLPD) offer are reminded that they are eligible to claim remission funding when they participate in TLPD activities.
The funding is available to all participants from a TRIP organisation to take part in any type of TLPD activity, including face-to-face and online CPD. It is easily claimed by submitting a request to the Regional Knowledge Hub lead in your region:
You can check whether your organisation is a partner in one of the 50 TRIPs by accessing a listing of them on the T Levels area of the ETF website.
Cerian Ayres, the ETF’s Head of Technical Education, said:
“It is a misconception among some colleagues participating in T Level Professional Development activities that. unless they are, themselves, directly participating in one of the Teacher Regional Improvement Projects, they cannot claim remission funding. This is not the case.
“Any colleague employed by an organisation that is part of a TRIP can claim remission funding for the TLPD they undertake, and we encourage them to do so.”
