T Level Professional Development reference guide

With the full T Level Professional Development (TLPD) offer now available to 2020 and 2021 providers, we have created a guide to make it easy for practitioners, support staff, middle managers and governance professionals to understand how to make the most of the support available, depending on their role.

The table signposts to the various aspects of the TLPD offer which are most pertinent to enable relevant professional development and support organisational readiness to ensure high-quality T Level delivery. This is a good initial point for you to start thinking about what professional development you need as an individual, team or organisation ahead of implementation from September next year.

We recommend that you begin by using the practitioner or organisation self-assessment tool as they signpost to specific parts of the TLPD offer depending on your responses.
