Browse our range of live and self-directed professional development courses focusing on equity, diversity and inclusion. The live courses can be found on the ETF booking system and the self-directed courses can be found on the ETF Learning Management System (LMS). Many of our courses are free and where there is a charge, we offer free places to address under-representation and economic barriers.


Advancing Equality in Further Education

Develop your knowledge and understanding of the role of equality and diversity work in the Further Education (FE) and Training sector. This course is for everybody who works in FE or post-16 learning, whether you are working directly with learners or not. Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) benefits everyone and is part of the sector’s role in creating a fairer society.

This series of six live online sessions is for teachers, trainers, and tutors across the Further Education and Training sector seeking to embed sustainability into their professional practice. The ETF is partnering up with EAUC to provide you with the most up-to-date learnings.
