The ETF’s leadership development programmes, funded by the Department for Education, have been developed with key experts in the sector and from the world of leadership management.

We are delighted to announce that we have commissioned AoC to offer the Inclusive Leadership Coaching Programme once again.
The Inclusive Leadership Coaching Programme aims to provide support to managers and leaders to continue achieving their professional objectives by equipping them with the tools to develop effective and inclusive leadership capacity through 1-2-1 coaching.
The personal benefits of coaching are widely acknowledged to have a positive impact on individuals, supporting establishing and taking action towards achieving goals, becoming more self-reliant, and gaining more job and life satisfaction. Coaching has a powerful, positive impact on self-confidence, wellness, and work performance.
AoC are offering 7 x 1-hour virtual coaching sessions to 40 individuals to give additional support to those looking to make small but impactful changes in their teams and organisations as relates to equality, diversity and inclusion. Participants will be supported and encouraged to work towards the achievement of an inspiring goal; identifying barriers and developing strategies to remove them.
The programme is free of charge to those working within an FE institution. 50% of the places will be reserved for those people from ethnic minority backgrounds who may face more challenges in the workplace to progress and make changes.
