Finance Director and CFO Mentor Programme

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) Finance Director / Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Mentor Programme enters its second year.

Limited places are now available for 2021/2022 academic year.

This DfE subsidised programme is a confidential mentor service free to participants, delivered with FE practitioners with substantial Finance Director and Principal experience in high performing colleges.

Development is based on regular monthly meetings, with support available in between meetings if required. Candidates are carefully matched to a mentor/coach most closely aligned to their own, and their college’s requirements.

  • building external relationships and developing influencing skills
  • presenting to your Board of Governors
  • Principal / Chair / Clerk and Finance Directors working together
  • confidentiality on any issue which is challenging individual performance
  • improving the overall performance of your College.
