T Level Professional Development (TLPD) for Managers and Leaders

If you’re a manager or leader, our courses, events and networks will provide you with a good understanding of T Levels, so you can shape the direction of your organisation, support the wider leadership team and monitor progress and outcomes.

Step one: Individual Training Needs Analysis (ITNA)

All training is accessed on our bespoke Professional Development Platform so you will need to create an account. The ITNA is a short questionnaire available to all staff involved in the delivery of T Levels. Doing an ITNA will generate recommended and essential courses tailored especially to you. Step two: Understanding T Levels for Leaders and Governors course

If you’re new to T Levels, doing an Understanding T Levels course will help you to support the successful introduction of T Levels, develop schemes of learning, learning activities and formative assessment tools, and access further resources and support. Step three: Operational Middle Leaders and Managers (OMLM) courses

Split into two workstreams, Leading and managing curriculum change for T Levels and Leadership and professional practice for T Level planning and implementation, this course will help you to plan, implement and deliver T Levels. Find out more about the OMLM courses.
