Training for Designated Safeguarding Leads

Professional Boundaries

This training is designed to support Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) in the development and maintenance of professional boundaries in their work with children and young people. Delivered virtually (until such time face-to-face training is permitted), it will combine a mixture of theory, research and practice, covered by direct interactive teaching, interactive exercises, case study analysis, small and large group discussions, homework exercises, workbook completion, follow-up refresher training and a participation quiz.

Only available to Designated Safeguarding Leads.

Survive or Thrive

This workshop introduces delegates to an empirically tested model that helps identify the wide range of factors that can impact on our psychological well-being. It also provides an opportunity to think about how and where to intervene to support us to thrive rather than just about survive.

If you are a Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), Deputy Safeguarding Lead, Safeguarding Officer or Lead for the organisation.
