The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is working in partnership with the Association of Colleges (AoC) to support collaborative partnerships between FE Sector providers and industry, to implement Teach Too practice. During Phase 5 of this programme, providers and employers will be invited to trial Teach Too resources, toolkits and checklists aimed at addressing some of the challenges of technical reform implementation while addressing the skills needs of individuals, communities and businesses.
Teach Too is an ETF development programme, aiming to address quality improvement in technical education and training, implementing Teach Too principles and approaches based on the recommendations of the CAVTL Report.
The emphasis is on two-way street- genuine collaborations between FE Sector providers and employers. Encouraging people from industry to spend some time teaching their work. This will enable both a national core and locally tailored element, giving employers a direct involvement in designing, planning, developing and in some cases delivering technical programmes.

Teach Too blog
As we move into Phase 5 of the Teach Too programme we invite successful project applicants and sector colleagues to share their learning, ideas, challenges and resources by contributing to the Teach Too Blog. The aim is to build a community of practice by posting newsletters, enabling effective practice and useful resources to be shared widely.
