The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Trainng – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a HR Officer who will support the Head of HR and lead on the following areas, but not limited to: recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee leave, sickness absence, learning and development, HR Projects, HR policies / procedures and exit processes.
The role will report into the Head of HR and will provide generalist advice and support to line managers and other employees in their respective areas on all HR issues, ensuring compliance with UK Employment Legislation.
