The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Trainng – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities
We are now looking to appoint a Learning and Development Officer who will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of all learning and development events and training sessions within the ETF to both management and employees.
The L&D officer will also work collaboratively with the HR team to provide generalist advice and support to line managers and other employees on HR issues.
The role will report into the Head of HR and will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and evaluation of all internal HR training sessions to both managers and employees. They will be in charge of all personal training and development information that comes from appraisals, ensure the information is properly captured, monitored and organised for all employees.
