The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to manage the commissioning of providers from the private, voluntary and community sectors to provide high quality services that support the delivery and achievement of ETF’s Grant and Contract objectives whilst maintaining compliance with legal requirements and internal policies and procedures.
The role will report into the Director of Business Strategy and will manage the commissioning processes to provide an effective, high quality, flexible and responsive service to internal and external customers through the commissioning life cycle from the decision to commission through market engagement, tendering and contracts.
